The top floor comprises dormitory facilities for volunteers, and an Internet evangelisation unit. The diocese will now focus on raising funds to purchase more than Bel$300,000 (US$150,000) in electronic equipment, furniture, air conditioning and other items, to begin operations. John Marhevka, a SOLT lay missionary, is spearheading the project.
