There is nothing that smells as good as home-made bread right out of the oven.

Freshly baked bread with butter or cheese – mouth watering! What a long journey this bread has made from the wheat fields of some foreign country to T&T and finally to a supermarket in Rio Claro. So many hands have worked on it – farmer, reaper, miller, shipper, loader, seller and finally the parishioner who brings such pleasure to her friends and family.

When the priest offers the Eucharistic bread – the work of human hands, he is celebrating the patient task of so many persons who have contributed and who become the home-made Corpus Christi.
