| France honours Sr Marie Thérèse | ||
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Government of France, Monsieur Phillipe Douste-Balzay has written Sr Marie Thérèse Rétout OP informing her that she has been nominated “Chevalier in the Order of the Legion d’Honneur”: The text of the letter to Sr Marie Thérèse is as follows: “I have the pleasure to inform you that, by decree of the President of the Republic, and on my own recommendation, you have been nominated Chevalier in the order of the Legion d’Honneur. The Catholic News, on its own behalf and on behalf of the entire archdiocese extends heartiest congratulations to Sr Marie Thérèse for this well deserved honour. |
