| Pan Crusade for Peace | ||
The basic theme was Do Not Be Afraid (Is 41:14). On Monday evening, People of Praise Community leader Winston Garcia spoke on “Do not be afraid of the pan yard”. Other speakers during the week were Sr Diane Jagdeo OP, Frs Urban Hudlin OP, Dwight Merrick and parish priest Fr Jason Gordon. Some of the other nightly themes were “Do not be afraid of Laventille” and “Do not be afraid of God”. Photographer Raymond Syms was at last Tuesday's session at bpTT Renegades pan yard and returned with the front page photo and the one above. |
