The Archdiocesan Catholic Youth Secretariat will host an open day where participants of the Youth Assembly 2007, which began on Friday 27, will showcase their views on several topics including abortion and life issues; crime and violence; drug abuse and addiction; leadership; family life and mentorship, using art, music, drama and video.
Special guests at the open day will be Archbishop Edward Gilbert and representatives of the Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Community Development, Culture and Gender Affairs.
The Youth Assembly open day takes place today, Sunday, July 29 at the El Dorado Senior Comprehensive School, Karamath St, El Dorado from 1.30 p.m.
Mass will be celebrated at 3.00 p.m. Archbishop Gilbert will preside. |
