Sunday November 12, 2006 FROM THE PARISHES
Marian devotions in Curepe
By Lenus Baptiste

Ever since the late Pope John Paul II gave us the Luminous mysteries of the Rosary in October 2002 and asked for a year of the Rosary till 2003, the Curepe parish, under the auspices of the Legion of Mary, has been having year round Marian Devotions.

We now want to take this opportunity to remind our faithful and invite new persons from the surrounding parishes to attend our devotions which will continue monthly. The proceeding will be conducted weather permitting at the shrine, which is an exact replica of the one in Portugal, beginning at 5.30 p.m. with the recitation of the 20 mysteries of the rosary followed by Holy Mass at 7.00 p.m. Please come out in your numbers to pray and ask Our Lady to intercede for us. We are in crisis!

Proposed dates are as follows:
November 2006 – Monday 13
December 2006 – Wednesday 13
January 2007 – Friday 12
February 2007 – Thursday 13
March 2007 – Thursday 13
April 2007 – Friday 13
May 2007 -   Monday 14
June 2007 – Thursday 13
July 2007 - Friday 13
August 2007 – Monday 13
September 2007 – Thursday 13
October 2007 - Friday 12
