Come join a 100-mile walk
by Fr Bill O'Carroll

On Sunday, November 26, Bishop Vincent Darius OP, Osmore Gall, Junnie Williams and I will begin a 100-Mile Sponsored Walk around the islands of Grenada, Carriacou and Petit Martinique.

We will begin each day with Mass at 6 a.m. and then walk up hill and down dale until approximately 5 p.m. visiting all our churches or ruins and praying the Rosary. The local people come and join us walking and praying and give us refreshments.

The walk will finish in Carriacou on Tuesday, December 5. The purpose of the walk is to give honour to Mary who will bring us closer to her Son Jesus and to raise money for the Restoration of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception destroyed by Hurricane Ivan on September 7, 2004.

Please sponsor the Bishop, Osmore Gall, Junnie Williams and I.
