Stephanie Ram aided by her husband Cedric Ram of the Pointe-à-Pierre parish community presents for Children's Carnival 2005 the band Harmony 2. It will be seen for the first time at the Guaracara Park Children's Carnival, which is held yearly to raise funds for the parish, on January 23.
In 1995, the Rams had presented Harmony depicting love, peace and joy, qualities of life which contribute to harmonious living and which should form the basis of the Christian way of life.
In Harmony 2 , Stephanie enlarges on the theme, depicting qualities of life in the different sections of the band:- Brotherly Love, Civility, Humility, Respect, Gratitude, Sharing
All aspects of "brotherly love" which she hopes will inculcate in young people a pattern of behaviour which when practiced would deepen their Christian faith and create harmonious living in the society.
Stephen Paynter and Cynthia Allen created the designs. Ann-Rose Seale made the costumes. A few young parishioners of the Marabella Church community - Michelle Camps, Mark Thomas and Nicholette Camps did the decorations of the banners and costumes.
Hats off to Cedric and Stephanie Ram who celebrated their 47 th wedding anniversary at the Friday evening Old Year's Mass at the Marabella RC Church. Fr Hudlin, the parish priest officiated. |
