This manicured garden reminds me of the story of the hardworking gardener who spent his time weeding, manuring and beautifying his surroundings.

A neighbour used to pass by and several times made the comment: “What a lovely garden!

Praise God!” After a few times, the gardener could not restrain himself: “You should have seen this garden when God had it all by Himself!”

God depends on us as His co-creators to discover the hidden secrets of our world. We admire all those who are researching cures for cancer, AIDS and now Bird Flu.

We applaud the work of those who are perfecting alternative sources of energy in wind, sun etc. We praise teachers who delight in releasing the problem-solving abilities of their students.

Every time we use our creativity for the common good of our beloved world, we become more like our Creator God.
